We accomplish that by promoting disaster preparedness and providing online resources to help with disaster response.
Our name
Red Sky Ready originates from the old sailing phrase:
Red sky at night, sailors’ delight.
Red sky at morning, sailors take warning
We want to be prepared for whatever life throws at us.

From the time I was a child I have run disaster scenarios through my head. What do I do if this happens? This desire for being prepared for any situation lead me to volunteer firefighting. From there I went on to the medical field. I continue to work in the United States and around the world. I have been blessed to be able to work/volunteer with government, non-profit, and religious affiliated groups. The disaster response community is very welcoming and would love to have another responder!
No. At Red Sky Ready we want to keep our focus on providing valuable information and resources to anyone who wants to learn. That being said if we are able to help just a few individuals be better equipped for disasters or response without making a profit we will be more than satisfied.
