Puerto Rico has a 100% power outage on Sunday as hurricane Fiona makes landfall.
LUMA and AEE are working to try and reenergize parts of the grid after an island wide blackout due to Hurricane Fiona. Limited information is available at this time on progress of this reenergize process.

Large amounts of rain are accompanying the storm. Some areas are expected to get over 20 inches of rain.
The storm has also taken the local radar station offline.
The Dominican Republic will also be impacted by the storm. Some of the storm bands will potentially reaching Haiti.
